The following are Technico Act general ”Terms and Conditions of Trade”. Unless you have been advised of any specific variation in writing by Technico Act, these general ”Terms and Conditions of Trade” apply to all dealing with Technico Act.

a) The Customer accepts this Sale Agreement by making a purchase, placing an order, or otherwise shopping on the Site. The terms and conditions of this Sale Agreement are subject to change without prior notice, except that the terms and conditions posted on the Site at the time the Customer initially places or modifies an order will govern the order in question. Governing Law and Forum Selection Clause: This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Singapore, not with standing any conflict of laws principles.

b) Any law suit or other claim arising out of, or in connection with this Agreement (or relating to any business transaction Technico Act or any affiliate must be brought in the federal or state courts located in Singapore. In the event of any conflict between the terms and conditions stated on your purchase order and this Sale Agreement or any terms and conditions on our invoice, you agree that the provisions of this Sale Agreement and our invoice shall control.

c) All pricing subject to change. For all prices, products and offers, Technico Act reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer's price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances. Technico Act uses its best efforts to put accurate and up-to-date information on the Site, but Technico Act makes no warranties or representations as to the Site's accuracy. Technico Act assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content on the Site.

d) All information contained in our web pages is believed to be accurate and reliable at the time of publishing. Errors such as misprints or omissions are excepted. We reserve the right to make changes and corrections anytime in prices, products and specifications without notice. If we have made an error in pricing, we will notify you of the correct price and give you the option to cancel.

e) In no circumstances are we liable for special, indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind including any loss of profit or of contract, even if you advise us of any special circumstances or such loss was reasonably foreseeable. This includes, but is not limited to, the transmission of any computer viruses or anything else that may interfere with or damage the operation of your computer system.

Package contents are at the discretion of the manufacturer and may vary from those described from time to time. We will not accept any liability for any loss or damage which may be incurred by any person acting in reliance upon this information. g) Although we strive keep the web site 100% accurate, it is inevitable that errors will occur. In the event of a error, we reserve the right to correct them. Some product may be limited to on hand product only. Our prices listed on the site are in $USD and do not include taxes or shipping charges.


Orders are not binding upon Technico Act until accepted and confirmed by Technico Act. Once an order has been placed and accepted by Technico Act, the order is not cancelable unless the shipment is unavoidably delayed. The order can be cancelled only on the following conditions;

We accept payments via Bank Wire Transfer TT and Western Union Only
Do not accept online COD.
Shipping will be made after the payments have been cleared
